Q: Free photoshoot, what's the catch ?
A. There isn't one. We are so confident you will like the images we shoot that we can make an offer like this. If you don't like any of the images, you are not obliged to buy any.
Q: How do l book ?
A. Just call us or pop in to arrange a convenient time for your session. We do ask for a £25.00 deposit to secure your appointment and this is fully refundable.
Q: What should l wear ?
A. Whatever you want. Ideally, you would bring a few different outfits and we can advise what will look good. Contrasting colours and patterns are best avoided. Plain colours work very well. Above all, it is important that you feel comfortable.
Q: When do l get to see the photos ?
A. We will make an appointment for you to come and view the shots. This is usually about two weeks after your session.
Q: Do you do shoots and viewings on weekends and evenings ?
A. Yes. We appreciate finding time can be difficult so we are flexible with our appointments.
Q: Can l bring someone with me to view the images ?
A. Yes. Many people like to bring parents, grandparents or a close friend with them.
Q: How much do prints cost ?
A. We can tailor a package to suit all budgets, however, individual prints start from £35.00
Q: Will l / we be subjected to a hard sell routine ?
A. Absolutely not ! We operate in a friendly relaxed way and would not want our clients to feel under any pressure to make a purchase.
Q: Do l have to pay for my pictures immediately ?
A. No. We are more than happy to work out a payment plan to suit you.
Q: Can l have my images put on a CD ?
A. Of course, just tell us when you are viewing your images.
Q: Who owns the copyright of the images ?
A. Studio 57 owns the copyright of every image we take. We may ask you to sign a release form allowing us to use images of you in our advertising or on our website. We promise, however, never to sell any images to a third party without your permission.
Q: How long do you keep my images on file ?
A. Any images that you order will be kept on file forever. However we are unable to keep images on file which have not been ordered due to hard drive space.
Q: I searched for Studio 57 on the internet and was linked to a different studio
A. We have no connection to any other studio ... however, some of our competitors do try and divert our customers to themselves by using 'Studio 57' as a keyword, or mentioning 'studio' and '57' in their information - we're flattered!
